Wes Seals is a Richmond, VA-based theatre director, choreographer and Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. His work as a director and choreographer has been see off-off-Broadway, regionally, and in educational theatre, earning him the Kennedy Center American College Theatre award for Excellence in Directing for She Kills Monsters. With a background as an actor in national tours, off-broadway, ballet and regional theatre he brings a holistic understanding to his craft. As an educator he specializes in helping students create truthful performances through physical and organic character embodiment. When not working, he enjoys hiking and talking to any animal that will listen.
